Nemode

Nemode is a Brussels-based alternative rock band that combines the raw power of guitar and drums with electronic influences from drumnbass, hip-hop, hyperpop, and EDM. The duo, consisting of 21-year-old drummer Nina and 24-year-old guitarist Furyo, creates an energetic, intense sound rooted in the spirit of their influences – Bad Omens, Bring Me The Horizon, and Linkin Park – while adding a new dimension with polished productions and harmonious vocal lines.

Their music tells stories about relationships, mental health, grief and regret, with each track blending raw emotions and captivating melodies. Through their powerful live performances, including a show at the iconic Ancienne Belgique, the band brings their songs to life with energy and intensity.

Nemode writes and produces their music in an intimate, improvised studio under a daycare center, where inspiration often flows at night. Their debut EP, Fix, released in March 2024, carries a dual meaning: a call to "repair" and a reference to the obsessive search for comfort. With their unique mix of melancholy and euphoria, Nemode aims to push boundaries in the alternative rock scene.
