Le Ministère

Coming from the likes of electronic, jazz and progressive music, le Ministère is an electronic groove progressive oriented quintet. Its eclectic influence and style comes greatly from the mixture of different cultural backgrounds, ranging from traditional Spanish, Belgian or Basque music to Turkish inputs, and it's well reflected in the first EP of the band, self-titled «Le Ministère». Active since 2020 and residents at Volta since 2022, Le Ministère has been playing at the Brussels and Belgium scene for a while. From the stages of the capital to open air stages in fête de la musique in Liège, they have played both alone and sharing stage with different band and musicians. Currently they have released the first single from their second EP, «Biking in the Rain», and are about to release the whole EP very soon. The band has played at various places in Brussels such as Volta and Au Basin, this last one as a selected band for the Brussels Jazz Alert Programation, with whom they are also programmed for the Brussels Jazz Weekend of 2024.
